The Daniel Boone Elementary Family Resource Center has served hundreds of students and families. You can make an appointment for consultation with the Family Resource Center (FRC) Director by calling (859) 625-6072, but walk-ins are always welcome. The office is open Monday-Friday from 7:30 am - 3:30 pm, and as needed by appointment. Please call the office if you have transportation concerns, and we will decide on an alternative meeting arrangement.
Family Resource Centers were created as part of the Kentucky Education Reform Act of 1990. The purpose of the centers is to help students succeed in school by assisting children and families to meet needs that impact their ability to learn. Through the collaboration of Family Resource Centers with the school system and local agencies in the community, we hope to better serve our students and families by removing barriers that impede their education.
